Children without PPO dental coverage are now able to get high-quality dental care at a very affordable price. Check out the plans below, see which one your child or children fit in and then give us a call at (904) 372-3260 to schedule his or her appointment. Your child’s age, dental history and current dental conditions are used to determine the types of services to be performed.

*BeanCare packages are only for children with no dental coverage or have coverage with a Florida Medicaid plan. BeanCare packages are not an insurance plan that grants discounts to all types of dental services. BeanCare packages must be requested in order to receive the discount. If BeanCare packages are not requested at the time of scheduling the appointment, our cash fees will apply to the visit. Alternatively, you may purchase the appropriate BeanCare package online.

Eligibility Requirements

Patients cannot be enrolled in a PPO dental plan. However, we can accept patients covered under an HMO or Florida Medicaid.

BeanCare packages are not a dental plan, but are a special discount that must be requested at the time of scheduling the appointment or by purchasing the package online.

Unless scheduling for a new visit, patients must maintain active status. That means you must be seen at least once in a 12 month period. Patients not seen in this window are not eligible for BeanCare Packages.

Only the following codes are included as part of the BeanCare Package. Any code not listed will be charged at our standard fees:

  • Examination under age 3: CDT D0145
  • Examination over 3: CDT D0150 – once per lifetime
  • Routine examination: CDT D0120
  • Cleaning: CDT D1110 and D1120
  • Fluoride: CDT D1206
  • Radiographs (x-rays): all x-rays determined necessary

BeanCare Packages must be used before the child leaves the age bracket for the BeanCare Package purchased. If the child is older than the BeanCare Package purchased, then the parent, guardian or person bringing the child to the appointment is responsible for the difference of the purchased BeanCare Package and the appropriate BeanCare Package determined by the child’s age.

BeanCare Packages are refundable up to six months after the date of purchase. In order to receive a refund, please contact our office at (904) 372-3260. After six months, the value of the BeanCare package is not redeemable.

BeanCare Packages are non-transferable.
