We select our BeanTeam candidates by using a very sophisticated algorithm with large numbers and equations and a quick game of “Pin the Tail on the Donkey”. If you’re selected for an interview, please dress casually (but not too casually) and “high five” your interviewers when arriving.
Because we work with children, our office is a DRUG-FREE workplace and we conduct criminal background checks.
